such a bad app, the checkout button wouldn't pop up and it only did after refreshing it like 20 times and I tabbed out of the app for 1 second and it deletes my order, I was logged in with all my information

app is awful. I can't log in no matter if I use an email or a phone number. Just sits there on the loading screen forever after you type in your code.

Scan a receipt and get the message "we could not find a receipt with that ID". The Guest Support button in the app does nothing. Overall s pretty disappointing app.

Does Not Save Time it adds delays after you pay. I selected the option to order ahead and was told at the pickup window that they had to wait 10 minutes to start the order. I was picking up food on my way to something and was late because the store had to wait over 10 minutes to start. I ordered ahead to try to save time because the drive thru speaker is horrible and I have to repeat myself multiple times to order. It ended up taking longer than if I just parked and went inside and ordered it.

This app basically doesn't want to cooperate with you. When I try to scan my rewards I will scan the receipt and then press add but it just doesn't like to add points. This is really frustrating considering I have had 2 big orders that would be nice to be able to redeem these rewards
