Project UDAAN is a pioneering HR Transformation initiative at Punjab National Bank (PNB), strategically designed to modernize and digitize its human resource systems. With a robust Digital Performance Management System (PMS), UDAAN has automated target setting, provides employees clarity on their role, and judges their performance with scoring that is transparent, measurable, and fair. The project also promotes capability building through structured grooming plans, specialized job-family clusters, targeted leadership development programs, and personalized skill assessments underpinning employee engagement, growth, and well-being.
