PERSONALIZED DIET PLAN is built for you by your Nutritionist / diet coach. The diet plan includes food suggestions for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, dinner, and drinks along with the calories. The diet plan published by the nutritionist and can be accessed through the My Diet Plan tab. You can also chat with your nutritionist / nutrition coach any time through the 'My Chat' tab.
