Formally this institution was established based on Notarial Deed Sudarmadi, SH, MH, M.Kn No. 34 on 11 September 2015. The Heritage Society has had the appropriate legal entity with the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0005630.AH.01.07. Kemdian 2015 were renewed by the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0000338.AH.01.08 YEAR 2016.
Local level, Heritage Society have also pocketed Operational Permit from the Department of Education Tabalong No. B-224 / DIK / PAUDNI / 421.9 / 06/2016.
