With TCB Mobile, retail and commercial users can access their tailored banking experience when and where they want using tablets and smartphones. The TCB Mobile app is powered by the Q2 platform thus allowing our customers the confidence that this mulit-layered and multi-device security will keep financial information secure.
User Experience –
• Provide a consistent user experience across mobile devices (smartphone and tablet), as well as uniformity with an app that is designed to match the online banking experience.
• Offer consistent workflows across all transaction types that span multiple devices.
• Search for ATMs and branch location information both before and after login with turn-by-turn direction.
• Offer to remember the user name, as well as provide a password reset workflow
• Provide the ability to pay bills.
• Submit commercial transactions, such as ACH single payments/receipts and domestic wires, utilizing existing templates.
