About Q4ME

Time is precious; the one thing that money can't buy.
Being kept waiting on hold when you need to speak to service providers is a waste of time and hugely frustrating. With Q4ME, waiting on hold is now a thing of the past.

Q4ME is the only mobile app that treats you like a VIP and waits patiently in line, so you don't have to. Q4ME will automatically notify you when a human call centre operative is ready to speak.

Scroll different apps, make or take calls on with the washing up or just put your phone down until Q4ME rings you back. No one has time to wait; it's time for a change.

So how does it work?
- Sign up for Q4ME's free trial and purchase some credits (1 credit = 1 call).
- Choose the service provider you'd like to call. For example, EE, Vodafone, BT, British Gas to name a few
- Let us wait in line for you. Q4ME gives you the ability to use your phone completely uninterrupted
- Once a service operator has picked up, we'll notify you so you can speak to a real person without waiting in line.

The average Q4ME member saves 45 minutes not waiting in line just because they used the app. No one has time to wait around. Let us queue for you.

Q4ME lets users contact customer service operators of a variety of service providers without waiting in long and boring lines.
Some of the service providers are:

— British Telecom
If you’re looking for the BT Contact Number, we will change the way you contact them going forward, making your life so much easier. The dread of setting up a new broadband provider often makes the first few weeks of moving house the most stressful time ever.

— Vodafone
Is your mobile out of contract? Need to upgrade? Need to change card details? No one has time to be scrolling the internet for the correct Vodafone customer care number just to be sat on hold for an hour, getting more and more frustrated.

— EE
Whether it’s queuing to get a mobile upgrade or to complain about the rubbish service in your area, trying to get through to a real person is a struggle. When our team tested calling the EE Customer Service Number, we had to wait on hold for just over 20 minutes to get through to a real person.

— EDF Energy
Whether EDF deals with your boiler, energy efficiency, electric vehicle or smart homes, customers complain across the board. Consequently, this means they need the EDF Energy Contact Number to solve their energy issues. It was further demonstrated that EDF Energy took 13 minutes 26 seconds to answer, over twice the average amongst 31 energy companies.

— EON
Eon is one of the largest energy suppliers in the UK, providing around 3.8 million homes and businesses. However, they lost 500,000 customers in 2019 for many reasons: poor customer service.
— British Gas
Do you realize British Gas is serving around 12 million homes? Even navigating the options before you’re on hold is extremely frustrating so let Q4ME make it easy.

And many more.

Thus, here we have introduced an application called Q4ME which will place a call to the customer service provider of any field. It will stay in line until the human operator is available.
