In this book, Stories of Prophets were compiled from the work entitled Al-wan-Nihayah Bidayah (beginning and end), a large work of the famous Muslim historian Ibn exegesis and Kathir.

Imam Abu al-Fida Imad ad-Deen 'Isma'il Ibn' Umar Ibn al-Kathir al-Basrâwi Qorâchi born in 701 h. to Mijdal, a village on the outskirts of Bosra, south of Damascus.
His father was a preacher.
He died when Ibn Kathir was four.
His brother, Sheikh 'Abd al-Wahab took care of him and watched over his education.
He moved to Damascus in 706 h. when Ibn Kathir was five.
He has written several books including: The famous exegesis known as the "Tafsir Ibn Kathir."
This book is among the best books based on various exegetical techniques.
The famous history book known as "al-Bidaya wa an-Nihaya".
The biography of the prophet as-an-Sira Nabawiyya "under the name" al-Fousoul fi 'Ikhtisân Sirat ar-Rasoul ".
He died in Damascus in 774 h.
