Participate in the Popular Heart Race that is organized on the occasion of World Heart Day every year.
The Popular Heart Race, an initiative of the Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC) that aims to raise awareness and sensitize the participants and the population about the importance of preventing cardiovascular diseases, as well as encourage them to develop healthy lifestyle habits, avoiding the most common cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, smoking, poor diet...).
The race has three different categories, so that all family members can participate. In addition to the ten kilometer route, a four and a half kilometer march and children's races have been organized.
