Our services can concern any person in a situation of professional mobility.
To take advantage of our free services through the 1% accommodation * and benefit from the mobili-pass®, you must:
- work in a company subject to 1% housing,
- move more than 70 km from your old home,
- these two conditions fulfilled, within 6 months of hiring or change of workplace not having benefited from the aid within two years.
Whether you are on a CDI, CDD or temporary work, if your new company is eligible * for 1% accommodation *, you can benefit from our services free of charge.
Our application:
Thanks to our application, exchanges with your consultant will be simplified as much as possible. Finding accommodation during a professional mobility situation can be tedious. This is why we offer you a solution allowing you to follow the proposals of your consultant. Here is the list of actions you can do via the Skeno application:
- Sending and consultation of documents
- Possibility to chat within the application via the general chat or on a particular property
- Quick access to your consultant's contact information
- Addition and consultation of real estate advertisements
- The presentation of advertisements on a map
- Indicate to your consultant with a simple gesture if a property interests you or not in order to help him better choose your future accommodation
