리얼 클래스 통합 이전의 기존 멤버십 회원인데 기종은 제트 플립 4이며 해당 앱을 여러 번 재설치해도 안 열립니다..

[ 컨텐츠의 문제 ] 정작 초보자에게 가장 도움이 될만한 무민밸리 (애니메이션)는 풀영상이 없고 짧게 짧게만 있음. 나머지 드라마 시리즈들은 최소한의 영어솜씨가 있어야 볼 수 있을텐데 관련 몇몇 강좌는 'oh hi!', 'every time' 이런 쉬운 걸로 3분을 끔. 한 마디로 난이도 조절 완전 실패. [ 앱의 문제 ] 1. 해리(AI 코치)가 아예 듣지 못하는 경우가 매우 많음. 마이크 꺼져있냐고 물어봄. 2. 자막과 영상 싱크가 안 맞음. 3. 날마다 미션환급 하려면 첫번째 스탭인 강의 2개-4개 정도 들어야하는데 핸드폰으로 하면 강의가 계속 다음 다음으로 넘어가서 100개를 들어도 두번째 스탭으로 안 넘어감. 핸드폰으로 미션환급 받기 정말정말 안 좋음. 4. 첫번째 강의에서 1.5배속으로 들으면 두번째 강의도 자동으로 1.5배속였으면 좋겠음. 배속 바꾸는 터치 부분이 너무 작아서 배속 조절 대신 자꾸 영상 점프가 됨. 마지막으로, 환급 조건이 너무 까다로움
