As a customer of Raiffeisen Waren GmbH, you can use the Raiffeisen service portal to view your business relationships with the company after logging in with your personal access data. In order to make the contents of the Raiffeisen service portal clear for you, the information is divided into different groups. Service portal- agriculture, agricultural technology, administration and invoices and retrieval from contracts. The data of the past 2 years (from the current date) are displayed.
Under the Service Portal Agriculture group, you will find general company news in the first “tile”. General news about the business areas of Raiffeisen Waren GmbH is presented here. In another tile, the events that the company organizes are clearly presented in an event calendar. In addition to these functions, the Agriculture Service Portal provides you with all the relevant information about your sales and supply business. For example, your grain contracts including delivery note data and statements are displayed. The delivery note data of your reference business is also shown, e.g. fertilizer or feed. All data and displayed documents can be exported as PDF or in an Excel file. The tiles in all other groups also have this functionality. You can also contact your responsible contact person directly via the Raiffeisen service portal via a support function. You can also call up your feed from existing contracts. You can find this function under the Call from contracts group.
In the Agricultural Engineering section, you are given the opportunity to view the repair and workshop history (including associated documents) for your machines that have been serviced by Raiffeisen Waren GmbH. The Raiffeisen stock exchange tile gives you a structured overview of the entire range of used machines in the group. You can also conveniently order over 500,000 original and replica spare parts for your machines online via the spare parts shop.
The Administration and Invoices group contains the data of all invoices, credit notes, returns, etc. that were processed via your customer account. It is also possible for you to view the customer master data that is stored for your customer account with Raiffeisen Waren GmbH. You can also order a change to this customer master data directly via the portal.
Building materials:
The Raiffeisen service portal for commercial building materials customers is divided into four functional areas: Building Materials Shop, My Offers, My Orders and Service / Support.
You can view our range of building materials, including prices and availability, and order them online via the Building Materials Shop. Depending on the customer's wishes, the goods are then delivered or picked up by you at the relevant building materials branch.
Via the My offers function, you will receive all information about your individual offers. You can order from these offers directly via the Raiffeisen service portal.
The My Orders tile shows you current orders.
It is also possible for you to contact the contact person assigned to you directly via the service and support function.
