BonoVa allows you to manage your small business with usage vouchers. Every time a customer wants to use their voucher, they only have to show you their QR code and you will be able to discount one use of the customer's voucher.

Create products:
Before creating your first voucher, you must enter your product catalog. A list of products in this catalog could be for example:

- Voucher for 10 Ashtanga yoga sessions.
- Bonus of 20 Ashtanga yoga sessions.
- Voucher 5 physiotherapy sessions of 1h.

Create bonds:
When you have created your product catalog you can start generating bonuses for your customers. Just choose the product, the customer to whom it applies and the configuration of the bonus (number of uses, expiration date, price, payment...).

When creating a voucher, you will be able to enter the details of the voucher to see your customer's QR code. Remember to send it to him so he can show it the next time he comes.

Redeem vouchers:
Every time a client makes use of your services, you can deduct one use of their bonus.

There are two bond exchange mechanisms: manual and via QR.

To make a manual redemption, look for your client on the main screen of the app: Bonuses and access their bonus.

Manual mode: Within that screen you will see a button "Redeem a use". This will deduct one use of the bonus purchased by your client.

Automatic mode: Ask your client to show you their QR code and read it with the QR reading tool. This will deduct the use of the customer bonus.
