Raj Bhawan Inventory System

Hon’ble Governor Sir believes in digitalization of all activities for bringing in
transparency and accountability. Therefore, the strategic positioning of Raj
Bhawan in any state in India makes it imperative for them to be role models on
all accounts. For the perpetuity of the Raj Bhawan establishment, it is essential
to computerize its existing inventory and update the inventory on a continuous
basis as per its policy and requirements. This computerization calls for tagging of
all inventory items using QR Codes (Quick Response Codes) that are easy to
read using smartphones. This will ensure that the details of all the assets of Raj
Bhawan are digitally accessible to the concerned and successful completion of
this project will pave the way for other Government establishments to go for
computerization of its inventory items for making best use of the resources.
