Rappit is a local food delivery APP. Our goal is to offer an efficient delivery service, which is why we have decided to undertake and grow in our own "home", l'Horta Nord: starting with Meliana, Foios and Albalat dels Sorells.
We were born from the need to be able to choose between the many restaurants with their different cuisines that our community has, since many other delivery applications do not offer service in our area.
Our main objective is that every restaurant and bar has, with our help, the home delivery service in addition to our APP as a showcase for their menus in a close and professional way. For this we have our own delivery staff.
We are designers and developers of our own application, as well as all the platforms necessary for the proper functioning of the ecosystem.
We are committed to the environment and therefore all our orders are delivered by our delivery staff in a sustainable way using electric vehicles and bicycles. At Rappit we promote local consumption of proximity #fentpoble
We have a place in Meliana for the management of the APP and the Rappit platforms, storage of delivery vehicles, and provision for the rest and waiting times of our delivery men.
The APP has the following functionalities:
- Rating and reviews of the restaurants, their dishes individually and our delivery men.
- Live tracking of your order through a map that geolocates our distributors.
- Service of discount coupons and promotions that can be done by both restaurants and Rappit.
- A status bar where you can see where your order is: Order Placed, Order Confirmed, Preparing your food, On the way and Delivered.
