This is a simple application "Chatterbox talker" which is voiced by voice text.
You simply add your own phrases, various blanks for all occasions, after which when you press a button, any text you enter is pronounced in a voice.
The app talker-talker is suitable if you are just too lazy to answer someone) well, or for entertainment.

In essence, this is just a text-to-speech synthesizer, there is nothing superfluous. Add your own phrases and when you press the text pronounces the voice, that's all that is in the application.
