Have this app since Redback install in July 2022. Agree with others that at times it is very slow to load and the 1 minute refresher seems longer then that. It is also not clear if there is a fault if it is the inverter or the main portal as resetting does not always solve the issue. I too would like the option of a graph based view which indicates the time of power spikes. I'm happy with its basic functionality, but maybe it's time for some modernisation.

Have reported to installer who logged a report with Redback 5 days ago and no reply. Dashboard is not loading, nothing wrong my end but I cannot see how the battery is charging or not. Goodwee app working fine so has nothing to do with my end but phone call to Redback and pressed for "customer" and recording told me to contact installer which I have done and they don't reply to installer!! Hire some staff to problem solve with customers!

Very difficult to problem solve. Connecting through Bluetooth almost never works. We've now not been able to see any data on our system for over a month and Redback don't respond... Zero customer support. They just refer you to the installer when the problem is with their software or hardware. I'd recommend looking elsewhere until they resolve these serious bugs.
