The ReScore Lajes comes from a research project of the Federal Institute of Sergipe - Campus Estância, as well as from a TCC (course conclusion work). ReEscore Slabs was developed to design temporary wooden scaffolding structures for shoring and solid or lattice slabs, based on technical standards ABNT NBR 15696 - Formwork and shoring for concrete structures and ABNT NBR 7190 - Design of wooden structures.
The application was designed to capture user input regarding the characteristics of the shoring and the structural element. Thus, the application is able to carry out the checks contained in the two standards and subsequently dimension the struts as to the load of use and weight of the structural elements, at a safety margin of 15% and with complete reliability and reference to normative standards . And from there, deliver a shoring project containing the quantity and position of the struts, rate of use of the struts in terms of loading, a spreadsheet with the parameters necessary for its execution, and all this together with an easy-to-use and accessible layout by any user with minimal engineering knowledge.
