The app won't even let me sign up or login. The 'Area' section of sign up doesn't give me any options so cannot proceed. I have exceeded the number of times I have verified my email address My partner has had the exact same issue. Such a shame as we brought the Renpho Smart bike to be able to use with an app. I have emailed Renpho. I will wait for a reply and update this review as and if I get one. Have managed to log in after a glitch on the app.

this was the app which came with the bike (rhenpo bike) and it was great until it decided (on any phone) that it didn't work and wouldn't log in, turns out they made it depend on their back end to work at all and today they just turned it off
