Jonathan Dutton wrote on 12/2/21 and it took RD over 2 years to respond on 1/25/23. RD said "the property manager uses a different application" but does not provide what that application is called. I'm an owner who manages my own properties as many of you are. To date, I still do not see a RD app provided that we can use on our phones to manage our own properties. RD shouldn't falsely say property managers use a different application knowing one doesn't exist. Disappointing.
