TabMyOrder

TabMyOrder enables the Captains to digitize their operations. In a conventional environment in a Casual Dine/Fine Dine Restaurant, the Captain takes the order from the Customer in a writing pad, and then hand-overs the Kitchen Order Token (KOT) either to the Cashier to enter in the system or hands it over to Kitchen staff. The major issue with this conventional system is that the data needs to be recorded twice, one at the time of taking order and other at time of feeding in the system, which increases the data-entry burden on the cashier which at times becomes challenging in rush hours. Secondly, if the Captain's KOT is not clearly readable by the Kitchen supervisor, then it can create a chaos. To eliminate these issues, TabMyOrder works in conjunction with the POS and as the Captain goes to the Customer's table to take orders, he/she will directly enter it in TabMyOrder in the Tablet/Mobile given and will punch the order which will directly be fed in the system and also a printed KOT is generated in the Kitchen. This reduces the dual entry process and the Cashier now only needs to go to the Order and generate the invoice at the end, so the data-entry load gets distributed across the staff and also since now the KOT is computer printed, there comes no chance of mis-interpretation or mis-communication.
