This is an application that enables the correlation of preoperative optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings on macular hole (MH) with predictive factors for successful surgery outcomes for retina-vitreous surgeons. This application utilizes specific indices, including Macular Hole Index (MHI), Diameter Hole Index (DHI), and Tractional Hole Index (THI) using quantitative parameters of MH on OCT such as maximum outer diameter, minimum diameter between edges, height, nasal and temporal arm lengths, height, and ellipsoid zone defect, that can define different prognostic results. Overall, it allows for a more accurate prediction of surgical outcomes and enhances the ophthalmologist's ability to provide optimal patient care.
