About Swami Rama Tirtha's Audio Book

Humble Suggestion: Never try to interpret the scriptures on your own, do it in the guidance of a real saint!

Swami Rama Tirtha, an Indian teacher of the Hindu philosophy of Vedanta, was among the first notable teachers of Hinduism to lecture in the United States, travelling there in 1902, preceded by Swami Vivekananda in 1893 and followed by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1920. During his American tours Swami Rama Tirtha spoke frequently on the concept of 'practical Vedanta'. Described as "one of the greatest souls, not only of India, but of the whole world" by Mahatma Gandhi, Swami Rama Tirtha (1873-1906) was a living embodiment of the teachings of Vedanta. One of the greatest saints and philosophers of India, Rama Tirtha brought the message of Yoga and Vedanta to Japan, Egypt, and the U.S.

In this seven volume work Rama Tirtha presents a practical and inspiring view of Vedanta and also discusses timely topics such as married life and realization, Christianity and Islam, war and peace, and patriotism.

As of now 3 of 7 volumes are available.
