LTK approved me to be a creator, but I can't get into my account. it doesn't give me an option to download the creators app. I can't post anything on the LTK app. I've contacted them in the app a couple of times, but they don't respond

I like the fashion influencers. However, the app is quite glitchy. continually buffering or finding 0 results on a known creator. I may have actually opened app and got busy shopping/scrolling immediately only maybe 5 out of 10 times. Frustrating
