About RTA Dial-A-Ride
Dial-A-Ride provides convenient, origin-to-destination transportation for seniors (65+) and individuals with disabilities. We are an advanced reservation service designed to help you get where you need to go.
To use Dial-A-Ride, your trip must begin and end within our designated service area, which includes areas within three-quarters of a mile of a Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) local fixed bus route. If your journey starts or finishes outside this area, you will need to arrange for pickup and drop-off at a safe location within the service area. Service hours are comparable to the local fixed-route bus schedule for that specific area.
RTA offers two types of Dial-A-Ride services to meet your needs:
ADA Priority Dial-A-Ride
Senior/Disabled Dial-A-Ride Service
Eligibility and service rules may differ for each program.
