JASSA Career College is required to provide educational and training opportunities to all dispatched workers under the "Career Development Support System" in the revised Worker Dispatch Act that came into effect on September 30, 2015. In response to this, JASSA provides member companies (temporary workers working from their dispatch agencies) to support the provision of appropriate education and training opportunities to targeted dispatch workers. This is a correspondence education e-learning service.
