This appendix is an addition and development of the monograph "From Kinglet to Eagle" published in 2017.
The application is the first of its kind guide to all bird species encountered over the past 50 years in the Middle Volga region, and this is more than 350 species!
The authors, ornithologists, have summarized all the faunistic information they know about the birds of several regions of the middle reaches of the Volga - the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, the Chuvash Republic, the Republics of Mari El and Tatarstan. For the first time, a complete list of the avifauna of this territory is given. For each species, the main features are given that help to correctly determine it in nature, the status of residence, relative abundance, distribution features in the Middle Volga region, and a brief biology. In the application you will find more than 1200 photos collected by Volga ornithologists, animal photographers and just nature lovers.
