EARS ® (Emergency Alert & Response System) is an interactive public safety management platform
that enables efficient management of security alerts initiated by customer app users. The suite of
applications can be used in a residential or industrial complexes as well as large estates comprising of
thousands of residents.
Based on robust Open Source technologies at the server side and mobile apps at user end, EARS ® is
a total solution for addressing security market needs, anywhere with minimum upfront investment and
deployment time. Conceptually, it is a downscaled version of Safe City application; one that can be
implemented in a township, housing society or a campus environment. EARS ® services are hosted on
web based model, which is used to extend system services to the users on their mobile phone who can
send out alerts to the service providers with single click in of emergencies. The system includes mobile
apps for customers and responders whereas the control room services are managed by service
providers through Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) mechanism.
EARS ® Responder is app meant for the responders which will connect a response team to emergency
control room staff as well as to the distress caller, when assigned to a task.

In case of an emergency, the resident can use EARS for immediate reporting of the event and receive
a measured response. The application also allows the resident to stay updated regarding the status of
his request, track the progress of the assigned responder on the map in real time, and securely chat on
voice or text with the responder and operator at the control room.
