Service fee rate: No more than 0.3% per day

The total Interest payable is K1,000 * 0.1%*91=K91
The total Service fee payable is K1,000 * 0.3%*91=K273

The app is good but the agents are realy a nuisance! Calling to force me to pay before my due date and when I told her I will make my payment on the due date yooooh the insults she started hurling at me, why now? 😡 Should I not make the decision to pay on or before the due date? The one star is for the app efficiency, as for the experience it's zero!
