Francesco Romolo
Manager of Trattoria Pizzeria Romolo 2, a young Italian, entrepreneur and passionate about typical Neapolitan cuisine (Pizza, Italian, Pasta) grew up in a family environment dedicated to hospitality.
A graduate of the School of Hospitality in Salerno, southern Italy, he has extensive experience working in the best restaurants and catering companies. In 2004 he came to Spain and with the support of his brother Peppe, he inaugurated the Trattoria Pizzeria Romolo 2, a restaurant with authentic Neapolitan cuisine.
