The REMIRA INSTORE app offers stationary retailers comprehensive functions with which they can digitalize their business model, from customer advice to inventory.

Functions at a glance:
Easy connection to web shops: With the omnichannel services Click & Reserve and Click & Collect you connect your stationary business with the web shop. Customers can order online and have the goods delivered to the branch to try them on or to take away.

Omnichannel in the store: By integrating Click & Collect and Click & Reserve, your sales staff is in contact with online customers, which creates the opportunity to generate additional sales on site through cross- or up-selling.

Capture incoming goods digitally: Sales employees scan delivery note numbers, enter suppliers, barcodes and quantities and can then forward the data to the backend.

Supplier Returns: User-friendly digital process for returning goods to the supplier
Relocation made easy: Articles on a delivery note do not have to be recorded individually for relocation to another branch. It is sufficient to scan the delivery note number. We also support rearrangements without a notification. Easy and uncomplicated.

Goods requests for customers from other branches: The customer would like to request an out-of-stock size in another branch? No problem! The REMIRA INSTORE app provides a user-controlled menu for this purpose, which enables the sales staff to request goods from other branches for a specific customer - including delivery tracking. The sales staff can inform the customer via SMS, email or telephone.

Filter concept: With the new filter concept, inventory data can be clearly selected and refined. For example, the criteria "Date", "Supplier", "Color" or "Size" are available for filtering.
- Simple and clear: Your employees can scan location/space barcodes with the smartphone camera or an additional scanner module. Manual entry of scan codes is also possible. Of course, you can always correct the quantities or delete the inventory set.
- online and offline: If a connection to the ERP backend system is not possible, it is also possible to carry out an offline inventory. The data is then stored locally until it is handed over.

Customer management: Customer data can also be recorded in the REMIRA INSTORE app. And customers can use the app themselves via a kiosk mode!
