IS IP Alta-Soft is certified for information security and connected to the Federal Customs Service of Russia in accordance with the requirements of the orders of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. Through IS IP Alta-Soft, it is possible to transfer information to the customs authorities on electronic declaration, preliminary information and reporting by the TSW. Alta-Soft is the largest operator providing data transfer in the electronic customs declaration system of the FCS of Russia.
The application "ED2. Monitoring of DT statuses" allows you to receive notifications about the process of customs clearance on a mobile device, track the stages of passing declarations, identify delays and their causes, control the validity of licenses and electronic signatures.
If you have already concluded an agreement with Alta-Soft company for the provision of services for the transfer of information to the customs authorities, you just need to register in the application and make some settings.

The notifications of the customs clearance process contain information about the sender and receiver of the goods, numbers of transport and commercial documents, information about the current status of the declaration, and a decision on goods.
