This app needs registration with TransTrade portal for trucks willing to partcipate in online transport arrangements. Truck registration with TransTrade portal is done by either contacting nearest TransTrade service point or by sending soft Copies of required documents to TransTrade Head office. By verifying those documents TranTrade staff regsiters the truck with TransTrade portal.
Phone associated with Truck is called as Truck Device. Truck Device registration is done by sending a SMS containing username, password to Truck Device through TransTrade portal. Driver then Confirms auto filled information in Registration form and registers Truck Device with TransTrade portal. Hence onward trucks location and its current state such as Online, offline, in-transit is tracked by TransTrade portal with help of this app.
When any transport enquiry is received to TranTarde portal, Trucks available in loading point area are presented to Consignor. Consignor picks up a truck and books the Consignment. TransTrade portal then sends consignment details to concerned truck device. the truck device shows those details to Driver through this app. Upon acceptance of consignment truck goes in to transit State. In transit state Driver can get help for navigating to loading point, unloading point, Get more information about Loading Address, unloading address, Consignment details, Consignor details etc. etc.
On reaching to destination and unloading the goods, Driver asks for OTP as token of satisfactory delivery to unloading point contact person and feed it in app as delivery confirmation. Then device goes in Offline state by default. If Driver is interested in another consignment then he puts device back in Online state. Trip freight payments are processed once in day for successfully delivered consignemnts through online banking transaction to trucks owners account at TransTrade head office.
