RtApp is the new App that aims to assist users in the management of Telematic operations linked to their Micrelec Telematic Recorder. By connecting the App via Net TCP / IP protocol in WiFi (connection present in practice on all Telematic Recorders) it will therefore be possible to view all the transmissions of the Evening closures, manage any closures not sent in accordance with the law and send them through the App all 'Revenue Agency. It will be possible to Reprint a Reset, Reprint a receipt or cancel those issued by mistake, even after days. It will also be possible to view graphs relating to receipts and export them in Excel format. The App is compatible with the following Micrelec Telematic Recorders: Hydra RT, Helios RT, Edo Plus RT and Aura. On the Market you will find the RtApp Test App with which you can test the connection of the Telematic Recorder to the App. We recommend that you perform the Connection Test before purchasing the complete App.
