Swing
The Swing format suggests a balance between effort and relaxation. Perhaps the most nature-friendly training format known.
He suggests a system of filing materials in the "every other day".
One day the agent is invited to include in his way of working a certain element from the profession of the third generation, the next day the agent is invited to work in the usual way. On the third day, again, a certain new element of professional skill, then a familiar way of working, etc.
This approach allows the most natural and environmentally friendly way to quickly and efficiently modernize your work culture to standard 3.0.
_______________
Abstract School
The principle of the thesis school assumes that the material is submitted in the "1 day - 1 idea" mode. The entire architecture of the profession is disaggregated to the level of elementary particles (minimally short skills or simple ideas) and consistently served, balancing between effort and relaxation.
_______________
Cyclicality
At any time, only one material is always available. That is, if today, for example, one material is offered, then in a day the next material will be offered instead of it, and today’s material will become unavailable. Next time, today's material will appear in the swing carousel no sooner than in 6 months. The exceptions are materials from the category "Basis", which are available at any time and their number is replenished as you go through the training.
This approach allows you to stimulate a disciplined and consistent development of all facets of the profession.
______________
Sequence
Attention! Inconsistent!
All training materials are distributed on the "carousel" during the year. Some materials are repeated 2 times a year, but no more. There is no beginning, no end. Everyone starts learning from the moment the application is installed.
When does the training end? Then when it is no longer necessary for you.

50 to 50
Inside Swing there is another Swing - we balance between theory and training through time.
