The charm of a craft that has been handed down from generation to generation for years. Dairy Timan was born in 1976 in Taviano from the idea of Rocco Manta (better known as "Rudy") and his dear friend, and brother-in-law, Martino Timo, in a small garage of the latter's home. A long and stubborn journey begins, which has led the company to specialize in the production of fior di latte mozzarella, ricotta, scamorza and quality mozzarella for pizza, the latter the pride of the whole production for the great passion of his son Domenico that, with his entry into the company, after the loss of his dear friend and partner Martino, brought new life to the entire production sector, now covering all the demand of the demanding clientele.
