Muallim Baklavaları, which was established in Maltepe, Istanbul in 2010, was carrying out production and sales services together in its 80 m2 shop. Until 2017, Muallim Baklavaları expanded its manufacturing area to 700 m2 and its sales area to 165 m2 and arranged it separately. It has increased its production amount and quality by taking advantage of the developing technology. In order to share these hygiene conditions and quality with wider masses, it started its promotion and online sales activities on the internet.
