This Android-based CMS (Conflict Management Style) is needed as a way of providing information and understanding and efforts to reduce a conflict. This CMS (Conflict Management Style) android application contains several statements (conflict conditions) with several choice options (conflict management style) which later on each option option (conflict management style) displays the skills that need to be possessed in overcoming the conflict, android CMS was developed and adapted with the conditions in Indonesia, especially the research subject environment.
By knowing the most dominant conflict management style, as well as the steps that must be taken on the dominant style possessed, it can help students to appropriately resolve their conflicts. There are five styles of managing conflict, including:
1. Avoidance
2. Competition
3. Accommodation
4. Compromise
5. Collaboration
The above conflict management styles expressed by Cooper (2014) serve as the basis for researchers to develop an android CMS (Conflict Management Style). Knowing the style of managing conflict and understanding it is important for high school students, regarding the role and duties of BK teachers in the process of student development at school.
