Our app aims to improve the experience of how crop planning is carried out, as well as managing the smooth progress of all stages of crop planning. For this we have three access fronts being Producer, Agronomist and Operator.
The producer after registering your personal data can access the application and register your production area using the markings on the map, after these markings your farm will be ready to start its planning and management. Within the registered area it is possible to register the fields and on the farm access it is possible to add all the crops that the producer works.
Once the fields and crops are registered, the harvest planning process can be started, in which the producer can enter all the products, quantities and prices that will be used during the harvest, if the producer does not have all the information at the moment there is no problem. because the data will be saved to continue at any time or you can ask the agronomist to do this planning. In the case of registering an agronomist for the management of the farm all recommendations, technical visits and guidance can be made by the application, facilitating and speeding up the decisions to proceed with the technical recommendations, for this can be done the opening of orders. which is a channel between the Producer and the Operator. The producer can register his operators to access the application, so all service orders generated by the producer intended for the operator can be managed by the application. Machines can be registered with their specifications, in case of opening a work order for machine maintenance it is possible to associate the order with the machine to be executed.
The producer may have several registered farms and associate each operator registered as a worker of the respective farm.
The agronomist must register to use the application and when a farmer requests planning management on his farm the system will validate through the farm code so that the agronomist has access to the farmer's farm information. After this validation the agronomist will be able to record his technical visits, guidelines, attach photos, recommendations, generate PDF and crop planning for the farm he has management access. The agronomist can access management of multiple farms, making it easier and faster to record technical visits and recommendations online so that registration can be done at the time of the visit, not just when returning to the office to compile all information and finalize. the work.
The operator will not register, the application access data will be passed by the producer to the operator. After accessing the application the operator will be able to view all work orders generated by the producer directed to him, may record observations regarding the execution of the work order and may also make requests to the farm in general so that the producer is aware of the farm needs.
The app shows weather data according to stations nearest to the map registration location.
For the producer the application will be released from the date of your registration for 30 days free, with all features released, after this period access to farms are blocked until payment is made. Payment may be made by credit card or bank slip, in case of credit card the application release is immediate, for bank slip the release is made after payment compensation. For the agronomist there is no restriction of use, but he will only have access to farms that have access in the free period or after this period to those that are paid by the producer. For the operator, access is linked to what the producer performs.
