This is simple app locker app design for android phone for Oreo. It uses background services and Usage Stats Services with sqlite database to lock or unlock other app.
Sqlite will tell you which app is locked by user and Usage Stats Services is for detecting which app has launched or open by user, so in this way it lock or unlock app.
