The virtue of praying on time .. Prayer is of great merit. It is the second pillar of Islam after the two testimonies, and it is one of the greatest rituals of the religion, especially prayer at its time, validating what Abdullah bin Masoud - may God be pleased with him - narrated that he asked the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - about which deeds were most beloved to God - the Most High - and he said: « Praying on time, he said: Then what? He said: Then honoring parents. He said: Then what? He said: Jihad for the sake of God », and the evil hadith indicated that prayer on time is the best of deeds and the most beloved of it to God.
