Hearing impairment, deafness, or hearing loss has many causes and can occur at any age or birth. People can go deaf suddenly as a complication of a virus, or lose their hearing over time because of disease, nerve damage, or injury caused by noise

Deafness in Ethiopia certainly brings a special set of challenges. Being deaf in Ethiopia has its own troubles to access basic information or services, receive an education, communicate with the rest of the world, hold a meaningful job or trade, participate in basic community activities, and so on
So, by taking this into consideration the non-deaf people must learn sign languages which will make them communicate with deaf peoples. And this Android App will be an eye-opener for those people who are interested in learning sign language and for those who are already lost their hearing ability this App will be useful as a first stage of learning sign languages.

በ���ለማችን ላይ ወደ ግማሽ ቢሊዮን የሚጠጋ ቁጥር ያለው ህብረተሰብ ሲወለዱ ጀምሮ አልያም በተለያየ አጋጣሚዎች መስማት የተሳናቸው ናቸው፡፡ ከነዚህ ውስጥ በኢትዮጵያ ከ 1000000(ከአንድ ሚሊዮን) በላይ የሚሆኑ መስማት የተሳናቸው ይገኛሉ፡፡ እነዚህ ሰዎች በአብዛኛው እርስ በእርስ እና መስማት ከሚችሉ ሰዎች ጋር የሚግባቡት የምልክት ቋንቋን በመጠቀም ነው፡፡ ይህን የምልክት ቋንቋም ለመማር ፍላጎቱ ያላቸው ሰዎች ትምህርትቱን መጀመር የሚያስችላቸውን አፕሊኬሽን ካቀረብን ሰነባብተናል፡፡ እርሶም የመማር ፍላጎቱ ካሎት አፕሊኬሽኑን ብቸኛ የምልክት ቋንቋ መማሪያ ከፕሌይ ስቶር ላይ በነፃ አውርደው ይጠቀሙ ይማሩበት፡፡ ለሚያስፈልጋቸውም ያጋሩዋቸው፡፡
