A companion app for the machine learning based interactive maps to visualize database of atomic structures (molecule, crystal structures, amino acids etc.) which can be found at interactive.sketchmap.org. Point the camera towards the interactive maps on the website and see few representative 3d structures displayed in front of you in augmented reality. The position of the atomic structure correctly comes in front of the region of the map it represents. At present only the map of arginine dipeptide is available as a demo.
