Council citizens can register for an account. After login they can choose between several services and make requests to the council out of the app. Request forms are complex configured flows provided by the council.
They are displayed in a webview but use to be displayed natively in the near future.

Requests generated by the citizen and their status are visible on the dashboard. From there you can look into requests or continue them.
The citizen is able to update his registering data, change the application language or get in contact with support if necessary.
