This application has been developed to help you healthcare professionals cope with stress and anxiety during the pandemic process. We are aware that you have taken on a very important and even vital responsibility in these difficult days. We hope to support you in coping with your stress and anxiety with this program. The information and exercises used in this application are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This application, within the scope of a TÜBİTAK project. Dr. It was developed by mental health experts under the counseling of Mehmet Z. Sungur. The program for coping with stress and anxiety that the person will follow within the scope of the application consists of 6 modules in total.
1.module stress and the effects of stress,
2nd module thought-feeling-behavior relationship,
Dealing with module 3 anxiety and anxiety,
4.module action skills,
Noticing and evaluating thoughts that cause stress and worry in module 5,
The 6th module includes creating alternative thoughts to anxious thoughts.

By using this application regularly, you can gain an awareness of your stress sources and the thoughts that give you anxiety, and you can reduce the anxiety and stress you experience by making changes in these thoughts. In the implementation of the program, completing each module in turn and using the knowledge and skills you have learned in the modules in your daily life will contribute to the most effective use of this program.
