has bugs, instacart services iffy. Had an order picked 5 hours early for hot food and was told by a corporate associate (Danielle) who essentially gaslighted me into believing the hot food 'would be fine' if left in the hot case for 5 hours, which was different from the store associate, who told me that if I didn't arrive before expiration time (4 hours) they would pitch it and refund it. I won't use the service for hot food anymore as it isn't trustworthy on the information.

I stopped using this app a while ago after constant glitches and things getting left off my orders. Just tried to use again after over a year and it still has major issues. I couldn't even submit my grocery list.
