CFMe – Personal Carbon Footprint Tracker
The CFMe app is designed to track and calculate your carbon footprint (CF) from your daily activities. It's a convenient and easy-to-use tool that helps you understand how your daily behaviors impact the environment.
Key CFMe Features:
Travel Tracking: The app helps you track your carbon footprint from different modes of travel, including driving, public transportation, and air travel. You can select different travel types, destinations, distances, and fuel consumption to accurately track your CF emissions.
Consumption Tracking: Beyond travel, the app also tracks CF emissions from your daily food and beverage consumption. You can record the number of meals consumed, the types of food or beverages consumed, and the packaging used, such as plastic cups or water bottles, all of which contribute to your carbon footprint.
General Activities: In addition to travel and consumption, the CFMe app also tracks other activities, such as household energy use and bathroom use, providing a clear overview of your daily CF emissions.
Automatic Calculation: The app calculates the carbon footprint for each activity you record, based on reliable scientific data, so you can easily understand and track your environmental impact. Reporting and Tracking: CFMe summarizes your daily CF emissions, giving you a comprehensive picture of your impact. You can view your historical carbon dioxide emissions and track emissions reduction trends.
Social Purpose: The data you record in the app will be used for research by the Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University, to study and develop methods to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be used for marketing purposes.
