on the importance of moral education, especially in schools.
Islamic Religious Education will indirectly be able to play a role in
shape the character of the nation. Therefore it is not just a subject and
transfer of religious knowledge, but also must be able to be practiced and
applied in everyday life. The goal is that students
become pious children and have good morals based on faith and
piety and obedience in worship.
In the teaching and learning process, students are not only required to memorize
and understand, but are required to be able to do so in
everyday life. As in the cognitive, psychomotor and
affective, then Religious Education and Character are the main pillars that
integrate these three domains. Because religious education is not only
transfer knowledge through ta'lim, but also transfer noble values through
tarbiyah, and even have to be able to apply it ~not only in
outward actions, but also in inner actions through tarqiyah. Is not that
