A Guide to Comfort is an informative platform that provides support and resources in mental health. Designed and developed by Sean Lee, a student from the Loomis Chaffee School, a New England boarding high school, A Guide to Comfort seeks to break down misconceptions and stigma surrounding mental wellbeing while cultivating an inclusive, mindful space for people to find support.
