The app is as basic and as fundamental as they come. For the price of the plus subscription you'd think they would take that into consideration. Thete are free apps with more advanced features. I remember now why I initially let the service lapse 😡

Something seems to be wrong with this application.It continues to throw me out and not accept the password. if it continues, then I have no choice but to cancel my account. Something that I rely on from a distance from home.

System Cove would not work at all. After several tech support tries, they sent me their new “upgraded” system. I was never able to activate the system. However, I discovered that I have been paying for monthly billing for over 1.5 years on a system that has never been activated. (partially our fault since we did have another Cove system for our business – didn’t notice that we were getting billed twice until it was too late). Cove said sorry and kept the $$ - CANCELLED!

This worked ok when it used the CoveSmart app for its cameras. But out of nowhere cameras wouldn't connect and turns out they no longer support them and you have to get the Kami app which is absolutely HORRIBLE. Ads you can't get passed. No chance you can see your video feed in an emergency. The only solution is to pay a second subscription to Kami (so you're paying for two subscriptions, Cove and Kami) or buy new cameras from Cove. Boo!

this app actually doesn't even work half the time which is crazy since its a extremely basic app. doesn't give hardly any account control just alarm on alarm off
