The Segsat DMS app is created for distribution companies and delivery services. The order management application is designed for use with the Segsat DMS web service by shippers and drivers.
With Segsat DMS installed, your smartphone becomes the point where the office meets the field.
Getting started is easy: create a driver with phone number and mobile key in the Segsat DMS web system, assign it to a unit and authorize it in the app using the mobile number.
Try now to automate order management with advanced functions:
- View the list of orders and detailed information about each one;
- Track and evaluate delivery progress;
- Observe orders and estimated routes on the map;
- Receive notifications about relevant events of orders, routes and delivery process;
- Make a detailed route for an order using external navigation apps;
- Assign status to each order (confirmed / rejected), add comments and photos;
- Talk to operators to notify them of any occurrence in the delivery;
- Confirm delivery by attaching a photo with the customer's signature to an order with customer data, date and time of delivery;
- Take advantage of the tablet-optimized interface to simultaneously view orders in tables and on the map;
